- Scaffolding work may be delayed or rescheduled because of unsafe weather, site access problems, traffic, supplier issues or other matters outside reasonable control.
- Sean McKervey Scaffolding will try to keep customers updated if timing changes.
- Reasonable delays caused by safety or site conditions do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel without discussion.
6. Changes to the Job
- If the customer asks for additional work, alterations or extended scaffold use, extra charges may apply.
- Any change to scope, timing or access may require a revised quotation or confirmation in writing.
7. Payment

- Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
- Late payment may result in additional reminders, suspension of further work, or recovery action where appropriate.
8. Cancellations
- If the customer wishes to cancel after booking, notice should be given as soon as possible.
- Where work, labour, transport, materials or site arrangements have already been committed, Sean McKervey Scaffolding may charge for reasonable costs already incurred.

9. Safety and Proper Use of Scaffolding
- Scaffolding must only be used for its intended purpose.
- Customers and third parties must not alter, move, overload or interfere with scaffolding.
- If there is any concern about scaffold safety, use should stop and Sean McKervey Scaffolding should be contacted immediately.
10. Liability
- Sean McKervey Scaffolding will take reasonable care and skill in providing services.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that.
- Subject to that, Sean McKervey Scaffolding will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by inaccurate site information, unsafe conditions, misuse of scaffolding, delays outside reasonable control, or third-party actions outside the business's control.
11. Complaints
- Any complaint or concern should be raised as soon as possible so it can be reviewed fairly and quickly.
- Customers should provide enough detail for the issue to be investigated properly.
